职位描述:

<br>1.通过电邮回复普通客户及VIP客户咨询。
<br>2.负责客户关系的建立和维护及处理各类交易投诉。
<br>3.处理产品及服务等相关事宜。
<br>4.产品图片处理。

应聘要求:

<br>1. 大专或以上学历,至少1-2年客服或相关工作经验,优秀毕业生可优先考虑。
<br>2. 熟练的英语读写能力,要求英语四级或以上。
<br>3. 有电脑基本操作知识,能熟练使用Microsoft Word,Excel及日常办公设备。
<br>4. 有良好的团队意识和沟通能力。
<br>5. 思维活跃成熟,具备良好的服务意识,认真的负责的工作态度,能承受一定的工作压力。
<br>6. 能适应公司轮班制度,勤奋上进者将获得表现奖金。

English Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities:

<br>1. Handling sales inquiries from customers, from small to bulk orders via email.
<br>2. Maintaining customer satisfaction issues and handle various types of trading complaints.
<br>3. Product and service issues
<br>4. Back end support to art-work production.

Requirements:
<br>1. University or Tertiary education graduates,at least 1-2 years experience in related field is preferred. Fresh graduates will also be considered if talented.
<br>2. Fluent in English reading and writing, CET4 or above.
<br>3. Experience in general computer operation and being familiar to Microsoft Word,Excel are preferred.
<br>4. Highly motivated with good organizational and communication skills.
<br>5. Mature, dynamic and able to work under pressure within tight deadlines.
<br>6. Required to work in different shift in day time, special allowance will be granted for hard working performance.
