职位描述:


1.通过电邮回复普通客户及VIP客户咨询。
2.负责客户关系的建立和维护及处理各类交易投诉。
3.处理产品及服务等相关事宜。
4.产品图片处理。

应聘要求:


1. 大专或以上学历,至少1-2年客服或相关工作经验,优秀毕业生可优先考虑。
2. 熟练的英语读写能力,要求英语四级或以上。
3. 有电脑基本操作知识,能熟练使用Microsoft Word,Excel及日常办公设备。
4. 有良好的团队意识和沟通能力。
5. 思维活跃成熟,具备良好的服务意识,认真的负责的工作态度,能承受一定的工作压力。
6. 能适应公司轮班制度,勤奋上进者将获得表现奖金。

English Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities:


1. Handling sales inquiries from customers, from small to bulk orders via email.
2. Maintaining customer satisfaction issues and handle various types of trading complaints.
3. Product and service issues
4. Back end support to art-work production.

Requirements:
1. University or Tertiary education graduates,at least 1-2 years experience in related field is preferred. Fresh graduates will also be considered if talented.
2. Fluent in English reading and writing, CET4 or above.
3. Experience in general computer operation and being familiar to Microsoft Word,Excel are preferred.
4. Highly motivated with good organizational and communication skills.
5. Mature, dynamic and able to work under pressure within tight deadlines.
6. Required to work in different shift in day time, special allowance will be granted for hard working performance.
