Responsibilities:
<br>-Handle customer enquiries in a timely manner in a call centre environment
<br>-Follow-up on customer enquires, fault cases and complaints to assure action
<br>-Communicate with customers and inter-departments to assure actions when necessary
<br>-Identify, investigate and resolve customers' issues
<br>-Prepare correspondence and Call Centre activities related reports
<br>-Shift duty is required, includes Sundays & Public Holidays

Requirements:
<br>-College graduate or above
<br>-Customer oriented & interested in dealing with people at all levels
<br>-Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
<br>-Good spoken Putonghua is an advantage
<br>-Pleasant, mature, independent and able to work under pressure
<br>-Good inter-personal and communication skills
<br>-Shift duty is required
<br>-Telecom Industry experience is preference
