职位描述:
<br>1、参与公司产品的开发;
<br>2、负责客户的技术支持;
<br>3、负责为客户提供产品部署、培训、问题解答等支持工作;
<br>4、负责更新、整理产品技术文档;
<br>5、负责用户管理,维护公司与客户之间的良好关系;
<br>6、完成上级主管交办的其它工作。

任职要求:
<br>1、本科及以上学历,计算机相关专业;
<br>2、2年以上技术支持相关工作经验;
<br>3、2年以上Java开发经验;
<br>4、熟练使用UML tool、SVN等工具;
<br>5、熟悉Linux以及Shell等脚本语言;
<br>6、具有良好的英文读写能力;
<br>7、具备良好的客户服务意识及敬业精神,工作责任心强,有良好的团队协作精神和人际关系处理能力,表达和应变能力强;
<br>8、具备良好的学习能力,能不断接受新知识、新观念、新方法,并善于共享。

Job Description:
<br>1. Participate in the development of products;
<br>2. In charge of technical support for the customers;
<br>3. In charge of providing product deploy, training, problem solving and other supporting work;
<br>4. In charge of dealing with products technical documents;
<br>5. In charge of user management, maintaining good relations with customers;
<br>6. Finish other jobs assigned by superior.

Requirements:
<br>1. Bachelor's degree or above, computer science or related field of education;
<br>2. More than 2 years related working experience of technical support;
<br>3. More than 2 years Java develop experience;
<br>4. Skillfully use UML tools, SVN and other tools;
<br>5. Familiar with Linux, Shell and other scripting language;
<br>6. With good reading and writing ability in English;
<br>7. Good customer service consciousness and professionalism, strong sense of responsibility, good team spirit, strong interpersonal, presentation skills and capacity for change;
<br>8. Good learning ability, accept new knowledge, ideas and methods constantly and good at sharing as well.
