Responsibilities:
-Handle customer enquiries in a timely manner in a call centre environment
-Follow-up on customer enquires, fault cases and complaints to assure action
-Communicate with customers and inter-departments to assure actions when necessary
-Identify, investigate and resolve customers' issues
-Prepare correspondence and Call Centre activities related reports
-Shift duty is required, includes Sundays & Public Holidays
Requirements:
-College graduate or above
-Customer oriented & interested in dealing with people at all levels
-Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
-Good spoken Putonghua is an advantage
-Pleasant, mature, independent and able to work under pressure
-Good inter-personal and communication skills
-Shift duty is required
-Telecom Industry experience is preference
