<br>1. Working in a team to deliver a scalable system.

Responsibilities: 
<br>1. Design and implement distributed services with high performance and linear scalability. 
<br>2. Work with QA tester and fix the problems. 
<br>3. Help on decision making by providing technical support. 

Requirements: 
<br>1. Comfortable working in Linux environment. Highly proficient with C on Linux platform. 
<br>2. Experience with video and Audio process with C (required). 
<br>3. Expertise to implement TCP/IP network solutions. 
<br>4. Have a good knowledge about performance and scalability. 
<br>5. Have a passion for learning and researching new things. 
<br>6. Good time management skills. Detail oriented with superior planning and organization skills. Ability to prioritize and multi-task. 
<br>7. Strong verbal and written English skills. Good documentation skill in English. 
<br>8. Strong knowledge on SDLC and Project life-cycle. Extensive experience with requirement analysis, system design and trouble shooting. 
<br>9. Strong teamwork capabilities and communication skills. Self motivated individual with strong problem solving skills. 
<br>10. Strong experience with CASE tools. UML and flowchart tools a must. Experience with SVN/VCS preferred. 
<br>11. Experience with other IPC (MQ, STREAM,etc.) as asset. 

General Qualifications: 
<br>1. BS/MS Computer Science or related field of education. 
<br>2. More than 3 years of software development experience in C on Linux/Unix environment, experience with makefile. 
<br>3. Familiarity with C++, Java, Java Script, HTML, XML, and Shell Scripting as asset. 
<br>4. Familiarity with openGL、openCV、mencoder、ffmpeg. 
<br>5. Experience about distributed computing as asset. Knowledge on cloud computing as asset.

补充要求： 

1、有3年以上使用C语言进行开发的经验； 

2、需具备以下一项或多项基础知识：计算机视觉、数字图像处理、计算机图形原理、数字视频处理； 

3、有多媒体处理、图像处理工作经验者优先； 

4、熟练掌握openGL、openCV、mencoder、ffmpeg技术者优先。
