Job Description： 
<br>Selling Bysoft Web technical service: time billing/staffing/talent dispatch /body shopping 负责Bysoft公司网站建站服务外包销售:技术人员外包

<br>In charge of getting new big international accounts (distribution, telecommunication, finance, etc.) and important Chinese private/public companies. The main goal will be to hunt for projects and staff needs. 开拓国际化大型客户（如渠道销售，电信，金融）及重要国内民营/国营企业.主要目标是获取客户的项目及技术人员需求

<br>Dealing with sales quota, contract negotiation, and pricing decision 处理询价，合同谈判及决定价格

<br>Implementing sales-related process: account management, customer service and sales follow-up 负责销售相关事务：客户维护，客户服务及销售事务跟进

<br>Working close to technical team: helped out by technical presales/project manager to get new contract signed 与技术团队密切合作，在技术售前/项目经理协助下获得新的订单

<br>Position based in Shanghai 该职位工作地点：上海

Requirement: 
<br>Degree preferred in computer science or business related field 计算机及营销相关专业本科以上学历优先

<br>At least 2 years sales experience in IT industry including 1 year in time billing/staffing sales. Related experience in an international IT company is a plus 至少2年IT行业销售经验，其中1年IT服务外包销售经验.大型IT外包公司相关工作经验优先

<br>Solid understanding of the services and IT industry 对于中国IT服务市场有深刻的认识

<br>Fluent in English: read/written/spoken 流利的英语听说读写能力

<br>Result-oriented with good sales skills, strong analysis, and negotiation skill 结果导向，良好的销售技巧，分析能力和商务谈判能力

<br>Good team player with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills 团队合作精神，优秀的沟通，演示和交际能力
