Project Manager

Description:
1. Lead a team of developers to achieve goal on schedule.
2. Create high performance and scalable infrastructure code.

Responsibilities:
1. Define and implement project review, change control and acceptance procedures.
2. Proactively identify project related issues.
3. Identify and execute course of actions designed to minimize or avert risk.
4. Consultancy on technical solutions.
5. Managing people and developing others.

Requirements:
1. More than 5 years of software project management.
2. Proven leadership capability and experience managing teams.
3. Passion, diligence, integrity, and exceptional aptitude.
4. Decision making through predefined authority upon project assignment.
5. Problem solving skills through conveying well-developed conceptual.
6. Team working spirit and acts through being able to work with a high degree autonomy.
7. Broad knowledge of information technology.
8. Expert-level knowledge and experience in application security, scalability and performance.
9. Understanding and experience in implementing of design patterns.
10. Proficiency in coding under Linux environment.
11. Excellent verbal and written English skills.

General Qualifications:
1. MS/PhD Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
2. Experience leading and mentoring other developers.
3. Experience working in small collaborative groups.
4. Fluent in C and Java.

Remuneration:
1. The pay package is up to 250,000 RMB per year.
2. A collection of perks are included.
3. 3-year employment contract.
